Introduction to T/C Fabric #
T/C fabric, also known as Tetoron Cotton, is a blend of polyester and cotton fibers. This material is recognized for its breathability, pleasant hand-feel, and resistance to moisture and mold. The term “Tetoron” originated in Japan over 40 years ago as a name for polyester. Today, T/C fabric typically consists of 65% polyester and 35% cotton, combining the strengths of both fibers.
Key Features of T/C Fabric #
- Durability and Strength: T/C fabric offers excellent tensile strength, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
- Color Fastness: The blend ensures that colors remain vibrant and do not fade easily over time.
- Easy Care: T/C fabrics are less prone to creasing and maintain their form well, simplifying maintenance and care.
